Order Processing Time
We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a couple of days. In rare cases of significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is free on all orders.
Estimated delivery time after your order has been processed:
- United States: 8–15 days business days
These are honest estimates based on our carriers. We always try to deliver as quickly as possible, but delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or other situations outside our control.
International customers (where available) may be subject to import VAT, duties, and taxes in their country. These are not included at checkout and must be paid upon delivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery.
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take clear photos of the package and the damaged item and email them to us at info@threadedwithlove.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist with a replacement in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
