We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• in its original packaging
• with all materials included

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Defective or damaged items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• digital products (downloadable patterns)
• gift cards
• sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item after your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
