We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Estimated Delivery Time — United States

All orders ship from our Indianapolis, Indiana location via USPS.

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly based on destination, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Optional Expedited Shipping

USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated automatically by USPS based on package weight and destination.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping may be added in the future.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your delivery.

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take clear photos of the package and damaged item and email them to returns@threadedwithlove.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will assist you with a replacement according to our Return & Refund Policy.
